Jack Frost does his worse

Hi Guys,

Rugby date 2/1/10 re-scheduled game postponed

Well the nasty acrtic snap which is holding Britain in it's icy grasp, has once again thwarted attempts to run off the crimbo excess. With the makings of a decent team available I held my breath, and prayed that the warm weather would come and allow us to get some frustration spent, out on the rugby pitch. However the chilling fingers of Jack Frost gripped claw like at the green cloths of Ramsgreave. Rendering all the weekends games unplayable. And although at the moment of penning, the game against Ormskirk 4th's is set take place this coming Saturday. However in all honesty, at this moment in time I very much doubt that any game will be playable yet again.
And so I hope that all players, and members had a very good holiday. And I hope that you all are using this extend break to gain, as many brownie points as possible. The good weather will come soon and we may be forced to play late into the season, With all these fixtures bottling up. P.G. and myself will keep in touch with any developments and I will of course continue to wax lyrical in the blog each week. So keep your peckers up, and stay fit.
